- TBTaylor BeckJun 16, 20261.0Don't apply for this place unless you want to waste money on the application fees. Applied for an apartment 2 weeks ago. Was told it should only take about a week to go through, since they use a third-party for background checks. Still haven't heard anything about the application. Put in an application on another rental and it was approved within 24 hours. I have called, emailed, and visited the office multiple times to get clarification on a few things and haven't gotten one reply. Plus, the manager was never at the office. Such a horrible experience. Pretty sure it's a scam.

They “updated” it and it looks like they DIY’d the place.. everything was falling apart…ikea gone wrong situation. If you wanna pay an arm and leg here go for it.
