  We had an amazing experience touring the apartments. Especially thanks to Kaiden. From the moment we arrived, he was welcoming, professional, and genuinely excited to show us around. He answered every question we had, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. It really felt like he was curious about us and wanted the best for us. The property itself was beautiful, would highly recommend. Especially if Kaiden gives the tour. We originally came in to tour just one apartment, but he went and showed us three. We got a lot more out of this than we would ever expect from an apartment tour.

  Had an amazing time talking to Madelyn, she was very friendly and had an wealth of knowledge. I am extremely excited to continue talking to them about future rental opportunity.

  I've now lived at River Walk for over 3 1/2 years, and it has exceeded expectations in every regard. Its location alone is enough to be the envy of every other apartment complex in Boise. Situated right on the Boise River greenbelt and a mile from the heart of downtown, it's a quick walk to other Boise jewels: Albertson Park, Ann Morrison Park, Ann Frank Human Rights Memorial, Whitewater Park, and more. I walk or ride my bike a lot, so I'm in heaven. Even if you only drive, just know that everything is convenient. I know people who've lived here since RW opened, and they love it. I also know several people who once lived here, moved far away, and when they returned to Boise, they also returned to River Walk. When I'm sitting on my balcony looking down at the river and passersby, I often hear people comment on how awesome it would be to live in "those apartments." They're absolutely correct. Prior to moving here, I lived in a condo and several apartments; none were as soundproof as RW. It's very quiet here. The couple of times I've had minor maintenance issues, the team was on it right away. Rachel, who runs the office, is very attentive efficient, friendly, and blessed with a calm demeanor. She's a huge asset to RW. The property is well maintained; the grass, flowers, and flowering trees do justice to RW's riparian location. Rachel, Sonny, and the rest of the team take pride in their work, and I am grateful that I have the opportunity to live here. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️October 2025: 4 years + since my last review. I’d continue to give River Walk 5 stars. The current management team is doing a fine job. For the first time, I had several maintenance issues hit in quick succession. Each time, Michael, the maintenance supervisor, was prompt and fixed the issue. He is such an affable, personable, genuine man who never stops. By his own admission, he has a hard time sitting still, and we tenants are the beneficiaries of his hard work and diligence.

  miss it bad ..the mrs. and i loved our location and apt drop the bikes out from our apt strait on to the green belt all the parks just across the river and down town just a 10 min walk along the beautiful boise river ..we are in australia now but my wife and i still look back on and miss our little crib on the river ...sonny the manager was epic
