This apartment complex has been more than I ever anticipated it to be! With the location being right on the Green Belt with direct river access, and also having a safe path to multiple social gathering spots such as Bluebird Social, Green Acres, Payette Brewing, and who could forget the one and only Telaya Wines! No amenities, no problem, because the City has them within your grasp, if not a stones throw away! I’m in the true City of Trees here at River Walk and that’s just how this small town girl wants it.

From the moment we arrived, he was welcoming, professional, and genuinely excited to show us around. He answered every question we had, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. It really felt like he was curious about us and wanted the best for us. The property itself was beautiful, would highly recommend. Especially if Kaiden gives the tour. We originally came in to tour just one apartment, but he went and showed us three. We got a lot more out of this than we would ever expect from an apartment tour.

- JAJesse AdamsonApr 21, 20145.0miss it bad ..the mrs. and i loved our location and apt drop the bikes out from our apt strait on to the green belt all the parks just across the river and down town just a 10 min walk along the beautiful boise river ..we are in australia now but my wife and i still look back on and miss our little crib on the river ...sonny the manager was epic
