  Bad management and horrible maintenance staff, wouldn’t spend a dime here, old plumbing property always looks like it’s barely holding on. Save your money go somewhere else or read the 1 star reviews they’re real!

  where do i start. this place is a total joke. started with old management who were horrible then got bought out by a different management and they were no better. calls never answered, or returned, service requests never fixed, literally would LOCK themselves in the office during open hours. horrible with time management or scheduled check outs. washers and dryers are almost never clean 8/10 most of them didn’t even work. one time i found a condom in my laundry and i assure you it was not mine when i tried to bring up any issues regarding the laundry it was never answered or called back about. we were quiet, paid rent on time and kept our apartment in good condition. security deposit was $750 got $74 back. charged us for rent fees that are all ready included TWICE! do not live here or rent from avenue 5 complete and total joke worse place i’ve ever lived yet.

  Living here was fine until this new table rock company took over. They immediately raised rent by $200 without any changes to the complex and pretty much forced us into signing a new 12 month lease unless we could either pay a mtm rate at an extra $200/month or find a new place to live in 14 days. And now they have increased rent again so if we were to renew our lease it would be at least another $300/month. That’s an increase of $500 in the last 5 months and all they have done for us so far is some yard work. They are draining us of our money and don’t care in the slightest. These people aren’t human. All they care about is money and they manage most complexes in Boise so they essentially control the price of rent throughout Boise. Good luck to anyone looking to live in Boise right now I suggest you look elsewhere.
