  Do not live here. Quite possibly the most oversold and underdelivered place I have ever lived. They have to oversell the lake because it’s the only good thing about the property, and even then the lake is still covered in goose/duck droppings and disgusting. Overpriced for product, and the management is awful. Save yourself the time and disappointment and live anywhere else.

  Got a boot on my pick up because 1 tire was on the curb not in anyone's line of walking no tripping hazard and the person next to me was over the lines but nothing on their car. So park anywhere regardless of the lines... no warning just a 200 dollar fine. And no answer sunday to it removed.Would not recommend anyone to live here or visiting anyone that lives here. If I could leave 0 stars definitely would. Responding to your response. It was not covering the side walk everyone with a wheele chair could easily roll up the ramp.. the rear tire was maybe 4 inches on the CURB. No one in a wheel chair is rolling up a CURB. Also if your enforcing that parking spot you should ticket everyone in your parking lot thats parking on the lines. Thats why the space was so tight. Not impressed with your answer or the ticket still.

  We sit quietly on the first floor in Building E all the way in the back and away from State Street, not far from our garage, and near a quick exit to a quiet street to the Greenbelt (overall 1/2 mile from our patio). We can also go out the Edgewater front entrance and quickly be on Collister Road which takes us straight up the hill to the Polecat Loop in the Ridge to Rivers trails system. Our Tesla Model 3 gets protected along with three of our bikes in our garage. We can store another bike in our outside closet. Our 750 sq ft one bedroom apartment provides plenty of room for our two desks with lots of extra room for a couch and large chair. The kitchen with its induction stove top has plenty of room for both of us and the refrigerator is huge as is the pantry. We rarely use the dish washer but it comes in handy to sterilize dishes and pans when desired. It's nice to have a microwave. We really appreciate all the electric outlets as we have a lot of chargers. We use out phones with internet access and case videos to our flat screen which covers up the fireplace which we don't use. The bathroom has huge mirrors, which I find a bit much, as well as lots of cabinets.

  I've had a really incredible experience living at Edgewater. All of the leasing and maintenance staff have been incredibly helpful and friendly. The property is well maintained, with constant improvements and care around the property, keeping it looking beautiful. Super great amenities, and all of my neighbors are friendly and kind. Couldn't recommend enough!

  This apartment complex hires a predatory "security" company that boots your car and extorts 250 dollars from residents. They dont check license plates or check if your pass fell, they just boot and wait for payment. I have been falsely booted twice and feel like im being targeted. Absolutely ridiculous to be a resident and charged 250. The property management is the one who sets the price.
