  We move into our apartment in mid March, my wife and I love the apartment. The issue we have is the water heater, we can only take about a five minute shower before the hot water is exhausted, and the problem with that is we both get ready for work in the morning at the same time, that means only one of us can take a hot/warm shower. We have contacted the on sight office, online request for maintenance multiple times and the response is the same (your water is working fine) and management refuses to replace the water heater. It’s to bad management is trying to convince me that’s it’s works just fine. For you see I been a plumber for almost 40 years I know when a water heater has reached its life span, it’s time spend the money and replace this one. Sincerely, the Calhoon’s

  We have had the most excellent interactions, informative conversations and guidance with Avery. Avery made the entire experience amazingly easy. I just kept thinking it can’t be this easy and when we did hit a roadblock she went out of her way to personally guide us in person sitting side by side as we navigated the website. This service has continued months later as I pester her about mail and packages and every time she is so pleasant and eager to help.

  Great experience at Columbia Village Apartments! The team really puts in effort to make residents feel welcome. We attended a community event where they offered donuts, coffee, and chocolate bars—such a thoughtful touch.   We recently attended a small resident event at Columbia Village Apartments and had a really nice experience. The team organized everything thoughtfully and even offered donuts, coffee, and chocolate bars for everyone—which was a lovely touch!   I recently moved into this apartment and so far, I am very satisfied with my experience. The unit was clean and well-prepared when we arrived, and the entire move-in process was smooth and stress-free. The location is convenient with friendly neighbors. I also appreciate how responsive the management team has been, especially Avery who assisted me from viewing till moving-in (Thank you Avery for you quick responses and assistance). I submitted a couple of maintenance requests after moving in, and it was addressed quickly and professionally by Tim and Andrew, which really showed that they care about residents’ comfort. Overall, everything has been handled efficiently, and it truly feels like a great place to live. Highly recommended this place
