The issue we have is the water heater, we can only take about a five minute shower before the hot water is exhausted, and the problem with that is we both get ready for work in the morning at the same time, that means only one of us can take a hot/warm shower. We have contacted the on sight office, online request for maintenance multiple times and the response is the same (your water is working fine) and management refuses to replace the water heater. It’s to bad management is trying to convince me that’s it’s works just fine. For you see I been a plumber for almost 40 years I know when a water heater has reached its life span, it’s time spend the money and replace this one. Sincerely, the Calhoon’s

I just kept thinking it can’t be this easy and when we did hit a roadblock she went out of her way to personally guide us in person sitting side by side as we navigated the website. This service has continued months later as I pester her about mail and packages and every time she is so pleasant and eager to help.
