Our experience with Clayton Homes Boise was a journey with plenty of unexpected challenges, but the team worked hard to help us every step of the way. A big thank you to Ty, our sales consultant, for making sure we found a home that fit our family's needs. Katie was incredibly helpful working with our lender and keeping the financing process moving forward. Audrey did a great job ensuring everything came together and saw the project through to completion. We also want to recognize Dino, our general contractor, for working through all the chaotic and unexpected issues that came up during the process. His dedication and persistence helped us navigate challenges we never anticipated. We appreciate all the hard work, communication, and support from the entire Clayton Homes Boise team. Thank you for helping make our new home a reality! 🏡

Where do I even begin?! Clayton Homes of Boise has been nothing short of incredible to work with! From the very beginning, through all the highs and lows, my moments of impatience, and my ENDLESS questions (and trust me, there were a lot!), their team was always there with patience, honesty, and reassurance. Every question was answered truthfully and thoroughly, and even when the answer wasn’t necessarily what we wanted to hear, they were always willing to work with us to find a solution. Like any home-building journey, there are bound to be a few hiccups along the way. What matters most is how those situations are handled, and I can confidently say that Clayton Homes of Boise went above and beyond to make sure we felt heard, supported, and taken care of throughout the entire process. I especially want to recognize our project manager, Audrey, who has been an absolute blessing to work with! Her attentiveness, communication, patience, and genuine care made such a difference in our experience. You could truly tell that she was just as excited to see us get into our new home as we were! That kind of dedication and personal investment is something you don’t find everywhere, and it meant more to us than she probably realizes. Building or purchasing a home is such a huge milestone, and having a team that genuinely cares about making that dream a reality makes all the difference. Looking back on this entire journey, I can wholeheartedly say that we are so grateful we chose Clayton Homes of Boise. To anyone considering Clayton Homes, I cannot recommend them enough! Every home-building journey will have its challenges, but having the right people in your corner changes everything. From the bottom of our hearts, THANK YOU to the entire Clayton Homes of Boise team, and especially Audrey, for helping us turn this dream into our reality. WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE OUR HOME!!! 🤍🏡

Looked everywhere for a glass piece for our exterior door. I called Clayton Homes and Audrey was amazing. I described what I needed, she pointed me in a direction she thought might help me. She was right on! Ordered the piece, ships in 2 days. She was so kind, calm and helpful; all while juggling 4 or 5 other issues on her plate at the time! THANK-YOU so much Audrey, you are truly a life saver!!
