  They shut our entire buildings water off for over 24 hours straight. No one could use their bathrooms all day/ night. The entire apartment complex received a letter stating we could go use their single bathroom behind their office, which has one toilet. They sent that letter out to hundreds of people/ families living in this building to go use ONE toilet. It's completely unsanitary and degrading. A COMPLETE VIOLATION AND FAILURE ON THEIR PART. I hope others decide they've had enough with the poor management, disrespect, and degrading behavior -start contacting the city to report this company to the proper authorities.

  I used to live here. A side for all issues that this complex has, there is mostly no one at the office. I had question regrading how to pay a due bill and visited the leasing office four days in a row but there was no one. I didn’t leave a review for all issues I confronted in my six months stay but I can’t tolerate when there is no one for help.
