  Dont move here unless you enjoy high rent and unsafe living conditions and unsafe living environment. The rent combined with all their monthly fees is over $1500/month so dont believe what they tell you. The main issue though is the amount of drug use, noise, fights, and illegal activities that occur on the property. Plus the laundry facilities are always broken down, the dumpsters full to the brim, and when something breaks they take forever to get it fixed. Management does not care, doesnt want to help, and when you go to them in person for help they get very rude and hostile

  Management wont care or help for anything. Safety here is a major problem. There is drug use and fights occurring constantly on the property. Police and fire are common site at this place. The laundry facilities are out of service regularly and the dumpsters are always overflowing

  Staff was generally unhelpful and unavailable, maintenance requests took forever to be fulfilled. Laundry room were regularly out of service, Pool was frequently closed due to health concerns. The neighborhood is safe enough but there were regular car break ins during my lease terms to which management was apathetic at best. This property has been changing hands lately and it is clear that whoever owns the property has little regard for the residents and are only interested in extracting cash from it. While it is an affordable complex I would recommend trying to find accommodations elsewhere or limiting your lease to as short as possible.

  Good luck ever getting ahold of anyone. If you have an issue, learn to live with it. They never answer the phone and they never ever get back to you. Apartments suck and washers never work. So bad. Shameful place

  This place is called Trash Pointe for a reason. Overflowing dumpsters, trashed laundry facilities, dog feces every where, trash covered back patios, drug use, trashed units, break ins, frequent police visits, people fighting, loud noises, loose animals, sketchy people, and just the overall nasty smell of the entire place $1500/month for all that above
