  $225/month for EV parking and $160/month per regular car is wild. (On top of the $225/month the EV chargers have an additional fee per charging) I had a tour with Kaylee Noriega, and it was not a good experience. I specifically told her which apartment I wanted to tour, but when we arrived, she couldn’t get into the apartment because she didn’t have the right keys. We had to go all the way back to get them. On top of that, she was unaware of the fees. When I asked about parking, she told me one price, while the paperwork she gave me listed a different higher price. When I asked her which one was actually correct, she said, “It changed” When exactly did it change during our conversation? This place is a mess. Additionally, the pool is in the middle of the community with hundreds of apartments overlooking it. Zero privacy. And the apartments feel like just mediocre boxes. This is not luxury living; it’s luxury amenities with overpriced parking and unprofessional employees.

  My wife and I decided to vacate the house on the Central Bench that we had been happily sharing with our daughter and grandson for a couple years. We wanted to try apartment living in the Boise downtown area. After an exhaustive search of upper-end apartments we decided on Broadstone Saratoga, which seemed to offer the luxury we sought at the best value for money. It offered a variety of apartment floorplans and a wealth of shared facilities such as a beautiful, large swimming pool with generous shaded lounges, shower and restrooms, BBQ facilities, club room with billiard table, shuffle board, fussball, large screen TVs with comfortable couches, and shared kitchen and dining facilities. The shared facilities offer opportunities to meet many of our fellow residents of all ages who have proven to be kind and sociable. The lobby facilities are also great: Numerous private spaces for meetings, study, work-from-home or socializing; shared printer and mailroom; coffee machine and refrigerated soft drinks. Perhaps the best part of living at Saratoga is the wonderful staff: Manager Ryan; Dominica, Kaylee, Alameen covering reception and leasing from the front desk; and Donald and Justin capably handling maintenance. We have found them all so friendly and responsive to our needs. Oh, and did I mention how wonderful we are finding life in downtown Boise?! So many nice places to eat, drink and socialize! These and arts and entertainment all within a comfortable walking distance. We are so happy to have a found a home at Broadstone Saratoga! We love living here! I think there are still some apartments not yet leased. Come join us and share our life of luxury at Broadstone Saratoga!

  I’ve lived here for about 2 months and have nothing but great things to say!! It’s clean and new, the clubhouse and outdoor patio have been perfect to host friends, and the gym has everything you’d ever need; but beyond that (and most importantly) the staff is top notch. They are so friendly and accommodating and I always feel taken care of. So grateful to be a resident here! Would recommend this spot to anyone & everyone.
