  This was a decent apartment to live at. I'm leaving a 1 star review because roughly a year and a half later I have not received my damage deposit refund after repeatedly sending emails to the office requesting it.

  Honestly, this apartment complex & their towing company are absolutely horrible. I am 8 months pregnant and was visiting my mom and the visitor parking is ALWAYS overflowing, but I usually wait. This time I didn’t because obviously at 8 months pregnant I am too exhausted to wait 20 mins for someone to leave and walk to the back of the apartment complex. I’m not parking in the streets and walking a mile so I parked in an empty spot near my moms building for 5-6 hours and came out to a boot on my car and a ridiculous effing $150 fee. Then, they have you waiting anywhere from 20-45 mins for a tech to make it out. Not sure where they want an 8 month old pregnant woman to park with a toddler when they can’t accommodate enough spots for visitors. Absolutely ridiculous!

  Do not rent here for multiple reasons. This apt complex is only after one thing and that is money. Yes, this is pretty normal for a business. But this apt complex charges people for things that didn't actually get done, they lack on filing paperwork so that they can benefit from it at the end of lease. This apt complex also doesn't care about the well being of it's tenants, present or future. During my time here I had seen orkin almost every week if not more than once a week. They had visited the apt above and across more than twice. When the treatments for the bedbugs weren't succesfull (there usually not) instead of taking proper action of replacing certain things in the apt to get rid of them, they still signed the next tenant! Even though they knew there were still bedbugs in the apt! The lady that moved in later told me they were unaware and offered to let her out of the lease.... If they didn't know then why was pest control there 3 times in one week right before she moved in?! Don't let this apt complexes appearance fool you! This place is dirty.
