  Me and my family were interested in renting from them and the property manager was all over the place and made no sense. I feel like they are scamming people of of app fees so be aware. We met with them and during the tour she said 2 people are started apps but they were two 4 bedrooms available, but since they didn’t feel out app fully we would be the first if we filled it out fully. But the. Her answered changed and said well it’s first come first serve on who is interested, not who’s approved which makes no sense. If we were the first to apply fully and be approved shouldn’t we be the first in line? The ignore your messages and still confusing when they answered. Said we have one coming up in September, and o wait no it’s November. Then they changed there rental price on the posing right after. I think they are trying to get people to apply and take up the app fees and approving there friends for all we know. Don’t waste your time

  Wonderful houses and community. Nice and clean. Affordable rentals. Maintenance is rather slow in respondence. Would definitely renew the lease if I were to stay in Boise.

  My roommates and I have been living here for 3 months now and we love it! Our experience here has been easy and have no issues with the complex. We love how updated it is and it is overall a good place to live.
