  Rented for 2 years from them, this apartment complex Hampton Estates. is managed by 4 different P.Ms they really really want to tell residents they cant have stuff on their porch, when the rest of the property can look however messed up. You got kids that tear stuff up. Take trash throw it everywhere. Lease violations are 65 per even though you take to them thw put a notice on the door to charge you extra. When we moved in there had clearly been mold from previous tenants. They refuse to do anything about it, just tell you to clean it. Not to mention the apartments are full of cockaroaches. There's no way they dont know they do pest control but how are they going to get rid of the problem when they live in the walls. They are inconsiderate honestly id stay away from working with this property management. Never again!! Screenshot of the video I took because it won't allow me to post a video

  So far everything is going great. Ashley has been my designated rep and she has been extremely helpful and communicative from start to finish. She went above and beyond to make sure I got my keys on move-in day-- her willingness to help is the only reason I wasn't stuck in a hotel for my first night in the city. I signed the lease and arranged the apartment from abroad and she was clear and helpful despite a massive time zone difference and short notice. I will update as I live here longer but so far the experience with management alone has made this 5 stars.

  By far the worstttt property management company. I don’t know how Google is showing 4 stars when literally every other platform shows under 2. But these people are the biggest scam artists you will ever meet. They lease you apartments with minor issues, like underneath the stove and fridge 2inch thick dust and old Tupperware from previous tenants, paint chips in sinks or bathtubs, doors that are jammed and half way on the hinges. Then they give you a mere 3 days to fill out the walk through form which at that point gives you practically no time to genuinely walk through and see some of these issues right away. So then when you move out they slam you with every fee possible for things like said chips or jammed hinges (even tho it’s evident from when you moved in they do not truly fix those things even when charging for them so they’re just stealing your money) and excuse it with “well you didn’t put it in the initial walkthrough form so it’s on you to pay for”. Not to mention the ENTIRE time living there they will try to slam you with lease violation fees for EVERY possible thing they can and are nearly IMPOSSIBLE to get in contact with over the phone.

  Ashley was wonderful to work with during the application and check in process. She went out of her way to help during a pickle and was super friendly. Fingers crossed that everyone at FRPM is this communicative and helpful!

  It's been easy dealing with them and getting all the next steps....waiting on verification. They are all so kind! They let me come before ours to drop of payment to ensure my application is on hold which was awesome
