  Rick was a pleasure to talk too. My boyfriend and I really appreciate his help and was always responding in a timely manner. He answered all of our questions and made our move effortlessly.

  Management is responsive and helpful! I had special issues with my allergies and the carpet but they arranged a deep clean promptly. Solid Location, Albertsons and Golds Gym are close by. Giant speed bumps going in - 3 of them if you're the last building. Floor Plans are pretty awesome. Removing the choice of internet provider in 2026 is kinda odd.

  Everything was fine till we started to get charged for random things outside our apartment. When we moved out, we did deep cleaning. We cleaned all carpets that were full of dog hair. It is funny because we do not own any pets. It means that apartment was not cleaned properly before we moved in. After we moved out, the maintenance went into our apartment a week later and they charged us $280 for carpet cleaning and very light dusting and cleaning (which we cleaned perfectly). When we had any questions and issues about our apartment, Joan and the assistant manager were rude and not helpful at all. Costumer service is all based on money not helping people.

  I’d give 0 stars if I could!!! Check out their lawsuits for mold! I had no idea tenants had sued them. There’s dog poop everywhere. Management even sent out a letter threatening to stop allowing pets because owners weren’t pick up after their pets. I’d trip over it out of my front door. Rick & the manager Joanne lady kicked me and my children out. He claims they were standing in the chair in the lobby. He NEVER saw them standing in a chair. They hate children there!!! Do not go. We were not allowed to be in the community club house that WE were paying for!!! Don’t come here!!! Run away! Also they shovel & ice snow into the parklots for adults and kids to trip over to get to your car. My daughter fell twice. They don’t care who they injure and harm.

  If you are looking for a great community to make your home. Look into Eagles Landing. Joan and Rick are amazing along with their maintenance team. This community, I have lived in going on 6 years, always well maintained, clean, friendly, safe, close to many local restaurants and shopping. Please stop by to take a look, you won't be disappointed.
