  I lived at turtle creek for two years and I really loved the location. There are so many nice walking trails, and I loved the floor plan of the apartment. A few of the things that I didn’t love were the maintenance team, the gym, and the valet trash fee. Maintenance were never very responsive and did not communicate when they would be coming. The gym equipment is rusty, and old. They make you pay $23 a month for valet trash yet over half the time I would have to take the trash out myself.

  Turtle Creek is the worst apartment i have ever lived in. would not recommend. So glad my lease is over. This is your warning before moving in. You will not get things fixed by maintenance. Your rent will go up by Hundreds every year you have to renew your lease. you will have rain and snow coming into your apartment through the windows, and also have to pay extra in your electricity bill during the winter because of the bad insulation from the windows. Also you will have water leaking into your bathroom from the upstairs neighbor and the bathroom floor caving in. and every time you let maintenance know and the front desk they will never fix the problem. We experienced many more issues here but there is to many to list. DO NOT LIVE HERE!! money hungry company.

  I’m very sad currently. I showed up at 1440 for a touring at 1445. When I arrived a woman was helping someone which was understood but 30 minutes later she was just talking to them. I asked her if someone would be able to give me a tour because I’ve been waiting and she’s like you could wait but idk when I’ll be done or the other person will be here, or you could reschedule. It’s very disappointing that they knew I was coming because I even called after I made the appointment and there was no one to help. Nice property, just disappointed.

  I've been living here for almost a year now and I love it so much! The staff is great at communicating with residents and every encounter I've had with them has been great- they are very understanding and kind! They work hard to ensure our residence is clean, organized, and safe. The community is also very lovely.
