Came really quickly and solved the problem fast. Explained a few things to me. A really good job.
Love living here. Staff is friendly. Going on my second yr. The only thing I wish they had was boxes where pkgs can go into to keep them safe as some people like to take others pkgs. Other then that its a good place to live

Love the office and maintenance team. Every time I have ever called for services or texted they are so quick to respond and get to work. Very friendly and respectful. Appreciate the communication and the little office events for the tenants.

The new maintenance guys have been extremely helpful in every step of fixing my vanity and completing the job.
I’ve read the terrible reviews about this place but since moving here this year I’ve loved it!
Great place to live, the common areas in my building get cleaned regularly by some nice staff and I enjoy coming home from work and it smells clean! The parking lot at my building is rarely full and I don’t have trouble finding parking, the residents in my building mind their business and are very sweet people. I wish eastwood had a dog park for my pup but there are pretty trails next to the complex! The office team is very sweet and it’s an affordable place to live.
Some downsides are if you’re a non smoker like myself you’ll sometimes get hit with smells of weed coming from other units and some people don’t pick up after their pup, besides that Eastwood is a great affordable place to live.
I am only giving a couple stars because I had my personal requests fixed in a timely manner but unfortunately as an entrepreneur, the only benefit we got living here was the cheaper rent (I mean $900 for 2 people will work as long as you need it but eventually you grow up and buy a house). So we survived but you guys: your business practice needs complete re-doing.
I own a Multi-Media LLC and lemme tell ya, how you operated (and still do as I visit there often), was so unconventional, disorganized and UNSAFE.
To everyone reading this: they do NOT HAVE CAMERAS IN THE HALLWAYS AND AT THE SAME TIME......ANYONE OUTSIDE CAN WALK RIGHT INTO ANY OF THE RESIDENTIAL BUILDINGS. IT ISN'T EVEN LOCKED. Genuinely, I was expecting a lawsuit to hit your management office because wow, it was so uncomfortable. And guess what that leads to? Theft, we also had that and you guys can't do anything.....again.....LAWSUIT.
Maintenance was good but the random water shutting off without notice was unprofessional. Your guys parking lots and garages need MAJOR polishing/organizing, its an eyesore and too expensive for what's offered.
Took a long time to share the experience but now that we are in the home we own for over a year, thoughts need to come out! I wanted to give you guys a big shoutout but it ended highly disappointing.
ALSO: management changes constantly and its the typical scenario; they can't keep employees retained so its just someone new every so often.
At this point? Either you restart your management process/approach, polish some things up or eventually your residential area will stop operating. NO ONE HAS TIME FOR THIS ANYMORE.
P.S. I also witnessed a residential neighbor go through a hellhole with water damage and after witnessing her experience from start to finish, I am agreeing with her 1-star review.
P.P.S. don’t bother responding to any of the negative reviews, if even a few of them initiate change or improvement, then just do it otherwise you have no reason to be making money off residential property practice.
