  I lived here for my summer internship and this complex is amazing, I highly recommend. The staff is so nice and willing to answer any questions. The amenities are awesome and the apartment itself is so nice. If you are looking for a place to rent, you found it!

  Steals your money. Moved out in January was given my full refund on a check with two names on it bank said they can’t cash checks addressed to two people. Was ghosted by company and can’t get my deposit back still 6 months later

  Frustrating Living Experience Due to Unresolved Heating and Cooling Problems - I do not Recommend these apartments. My initial impression of this apartment community was positive. The model and deluxe apartments looked great, which played a big role in my decision to sign a lease. However, my experience after moving in was much different. Around November 2025, we submitted a maintenance request because the heating in both the bedrooms was not working. While maintenance staff initially attempted to diagnose the issue, the problem remained unresolved for an extended period - Still NOT resolved. We were advised to use portable heaters as a temporary solution, but the bedroom continued to experience temperature issues. Over the following months, I followed up multiple times, both through maintenance requests and by visiting the leasing office in person. Despite these efforts, the heating and cooling concerns in that bedroom are not yet resolved. In May 2026, I noticed that the maintenance ticket had been closed even though, the issue still existed. What was most frustrating for my family was dealing with uncomfortable temperatures in the bedroom at nights throughout different seasons. During the winter, the room was often very very cold, and during warmer months it became uncomfortably hot. Since we have a toddler at home, this was especially concerning to us. Based on my experience, communication and follow-through regarding this maintenance issue did not meet my expectations. While others may have different experiences, I encourage prospective residents to carefully consider maintenance responsiveness when looking forward to renting with these apartments and to ask questions about how unresolved work orders are handled. One point that stood out to me is that lease agreements typically include penalties for late rent payments, yet it was unclear to me what accountability exists when maintenance issues remain unresolved for extended periods (for almost 8 months and continuing). This review reflects my personal experience as a resident.

  I recently moved out of 92West after living there for several years, and I wanted to take a moment to thank the team for making it such a positive place to call home. From the office staff to the maintenance team, everyone was always kind, professional, and genuinely caring. Any time I had a question or concern, I felt heard and respected. I especially want to recognize Bryan and Steve from maintenance. They were always friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to help whenever something came up. Beyond just fixing things, they knew me by name and followed up if needed- that made a lasting impression. It’s clear they take pride in their work and care about the community they serve. While I was ready for a new chapter and recently moved to a new apartment closer to friends and family, leaving 92West was bittersweet because it had been home for so long. I made many memories there, and I am grateful for the positive experience I had throughout my time as a resident. Thank you to everyone at 92West for helping make my apartment feel like home. I would absolutely recommend this community to anyone looking for a place to live.

  Our youngest was looking to move out with his girlfriend. We met with Bailee and discussed some options. Within days, we set up a tour. The units were all nice and clean. Bailee was patient and showed us multiple options. By the time we were done, we were SOLD! The amenities were plentiful. It is a great first place to start their new life!
