  I recently moved out of 92West after living there for several years, and I wanted to take a moment to thank the team for making it such a positive place to call home. From the office staff to the maintenance team, everyone was always kind, professional, and genuinely caring. Any time I had a question or concern, I felt heard and respected. I especially want to recognize Bryan and Steve from maintenance. They were always friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to help whenever something came up. Beyond just fixing things, they knew me by name and followed up if needed- that made a lasting impression. It’s clear they take pride in their work and care about the community they serve. While I was ready for a new chapter and recently moved to a new apartment closer to friends and family, leaving 92West was bittersweet because it had been home for so long. I made many memories there, and I am grateful for the positive experience I had throughout my time as a resident. Thank you to everyone at 92West for helping make my apartment feel like home. I would absolutely recommend this community to anyone looking for a place to live.

  Our youngest was looking to move out with his girlfriend. We met with Bailee and discussed some options. Within days, we set up a tour. The units were all nice and clean. Bailee was patient and showed us multiple options. By the time we were done, we were SOLD! The amenities were plentiful. It is a great first place to start their new life!

  I toured a deluxe 2 bed 2 bath at 92 West and our guide was Bailey. Very informative and definitely knew all about the rooms, buildings, and amenities! Gave us very good advice and also gave us snacks during the tour!

  I’ve been really happy living at 92 West Apartments. The apartments are modern, clean, and well-kept, and the community is quiet and peaceful—it truly feels like a great place to come home to. What really sets this place apart is the management team. They’re responsive, easy to deal with, and genuinely thoughtful. The little touches make a big difference—birthday cards, community events, and even a $100 gift card for completing a survey. It makes you feel valued as a resident. A special shoutout to Heather—she is amazing. She’s always kind, helpful, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. Maintenance is also quick and reliable. Even when we’ve had a few minor issues, they’ve been handled promptly and with care, which makes a huge difference. Overall, it’s a well-managed, welcoming community, and I would definitely recommend 92 West

  I tried emailing for information about what units are available, but the emails are powered and answered by AI it says it in the email thread. When I asked which units are on what floor currently available (we wanted a top floor unit), the response was simply “we don’t know.” I’m confused how an apartment complex wouldn’t know what units they have available. This is one of the frustrating parts about AI responses—there’s no way to actually speak with a real person or get a clear answer.
