  We have lived at rialto since October 2024. When we first moved in we loved it. The community was great and the amenities were a plus. But we have consistently had issues with many things around the home. First issue was that when we moved in one of the selling points for us was the smart features. Being able to turn the lights on an off with our phones was a big deal because we have kids who constantly leave the lights on. This feature was removed pretty much right after we moved in but we are still paying the smart feature fee every month of $90.00. if you're going to remove a smart feature ...lower the price as well. I work from home and needed reliable Internet. After moving in we kept having issues with the Internet, we had to contact the Internet company and they informed us the only way to fix this was to have a private internet server. This is now costing us an extra $40 a month on top of the $90 that we already pay. When we first moved in, we had issues with the sliding back door leaking anytime into the home anytime it rained. We have had to throw out rugs and buy news ones due to the damage from the water. We have placed work orders in multiple times for this. The first time they came out and removed the door, cleaned under the door an put it back in. This helped for a short while an then the issue started again. We are now waiting on a new door. During a storm, one of the sewer pipes broke outside the home. We put in a request for this and they marked it as part ordered on 8/5/25... This still hasn't been fixed. We then had issues with AC unit being out on the hottest days of the summer. The maintence guy came and replaced the battery an said that was the issue an it should be resolved. We knew this wasn't the case because the AC wasn't running. We waited almost a week for the AC guy to come out and confirm that the motor in fact was out. This was awful considering it was extremely hot outside those days. Fast forward to current day, we woke up from a rainstorm to my daughters ceiling light/fan fixture leaking all over her and her bed. THIS IS A HUGE FIRE HAZARD. We contacted the emergency line and the maintenance guys came out quick. However, they said they had to call corporate or the regional manager to get it approved to come out and fix this. They even suggested my husband try to fix the issue. EXCUSE ME... We are paying you all of this money, this is not our responsibility. ADDING : Just since writing this review ( a few days ago) we had an issue with our dryer vent being EXTREMELY clogged. Our dryer was so hot it scared me when I touched it. We contacted the emergency maintenance line..... They were no help. He told us we needed to call the office on Monday. Apparently another fire hazard wasn't an emergency. The maintence guy was rude and of no help. My husband got extremely frustrated due to the fact that we pay so much money every month yet it takes so long to get help. He absolutely did end up cursing at the maintenance guy due to our frustration. He was then told we would have our number blocked from the emergency line. We had soaking wet laundry sitting in both machines until Tuesday due to not being able to use the dryer. This made all of our laundry smell terrible and mildewy. We are extremely frustrated and feel like we are not experiencing the luxury living we were sold on from the start. If you want to live in a home that is consistently breaking down even though it's only a few years old, this is a great place for you. You will be waiting long periods of time for things to be fixed. The pool and gym are great, but the town homes are built as cheap as they come. Don't waste your money!

  If you like living with bugs, ants, flies, and other critters (inside and out), this place is for you! We have called/emailed/texted many times for maintenance. Difficult to have management respond at all. New facility, but poorly and cheaply built. If you do move in, keep a lists of broken items / maintenance needs that were never addressed while living there, because when you move out they will keep your $ deposit. Maintenance issues need to be addressed in a more timely manner... plumber, exterminator, etc. Trust me, keep a list! Glad we moved out. p.s. ANSWER the phone. Customer Service 101. Management - DO BETTER. Do not recommend living here.

  We moved here in July of 2024 and couldn't be happier with our decision. The staff at this place is excellent, especially Bri the leasing manager. She is quick to correct problems or come up with a resolution if needed. They have always gone above and beyond for us. Maintenance staff is quick to respond and resolves any issues well. The grounds are beautiful and well taken care of and you can't beat the heated pool in the summer!
