  Our move in process with Centennial Crossing has been a 10/10! The amazing communication as a prospective tenant is carried over after you sign the lease. Jessica has been nothing but helpful, patient and so kind! Our dishwasher had a slight leak due to the seals getting hard after not being used for a bit between tenants, I called Jessica and the maintenance man, Zach, was over within 5 minutes. Zach is also extremely helpful and kind as well! This has been a great start to our time with Centennial Crossing and I am thrilled to be living here!

  I have been living at Centennial for almost 7 months now, and I can confidently say that it is the best place to live in Waukee. The townhomes are thoughtfully laid out, providing a perfect living environment that is both functional and comfortable. The neighborhood is incredibly quiet, allowing for a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. However, what truly sets Centennial apart is its exceptional management team. They are responsive, professional, and always go above and beyond to ensure resident satisfaction. Overall, I highly recommend Centennial to anyone looking for a wonderful apartment community in Waukee.

  Centennial Crossing is an excellent place to live with a quiet, spacious, neighborhood-like community. The pool and dog park are excellent features, the community is located across the street from Centennial Park. The park features a playground, disc golf, and plenty of other outdoor activities. I would recommend this community to any family member or friend.

  Austin was very helpful since the beginning of the apartment hunting process. Most places I've been too have complex processes for application and poor services. However, Austin was able to assist through the process and now we are part of the Centennial Community. The maintenance staffs are very timely and their internal work order system is impressive. Our unit just like others were only recently built and had some issues. But all it took to fix it was creating a ticket on their web portal and they get it assigned reviewed almost instantly. Then within 24 hours, we've had someone come over and take care of the issues. Overall, it's been a great experience and would highly recommend this place for others.
