  Employees are really nice, but parking and leaving vehicles parked in spots for weeks because broken down vehicles are parked in they drive way, also vehicles parked on the street after multiple email reguarding this issue has been brought up, but they still do it, it's a hazard and also a violation to centennial guidelines. Dogs not on leashes are an issue, had a few encounters with dogs running up on me and my dog which is on a leash, and the owner saying "my dog is nice" but is barking at my dog.

  We have absolutely loved living here. From the front office to maintenance they are timely in responding to any questions or issues and professional . The grounds are kept up and neighbors are nice. Would highly recommend living here.

  Moved in July and couldn't be happier! We also had issues with doors sticking but maintenance was super quick to respond. It is expensive but you are definitely getting what you pay for. Only thing I would recommend for management is possibly partnering with one of the nearby gyms to offer a discounted membership since a gym isn't provided. Otherwise, we love living here and plan to be here for a while :)

  Way overpriced, poorly built, and slow response to make necessary repairs. Moved in 6 months ago and from the start we had problem after problem with doors not closing correctly, blinds not working, windows not locking, drawers breaking, and dishwasher leaking. Oh and if you wanna use the water and ice in the fridge door you will have to pay for parts and labor every time the water filter needs changed but they don’t notify you upfront and they don’t outline that in the lease. Walls are paper thin and can hear everything outside like people getting in and out of their cars, cars running, arguing, and construction on other units. I lived in apartments my whole adult life and have never been able to hear everything outside. Oh and there is nowhere to park. If you have more than two guests to park in your driveway they will have to park in the lot by office and walk. It’s a glorified apartment would much rather be in an apartment and paying a lot lot less!!!!
