My Wife and I lived here for roughly 4 years. Here are some gripes we have had.
First let me say specifically Randy one of the Maintenance men was awesome 10/10. He is not included in my gripes. He is nice, and kind to dogs.
-Besides Randy, Maintenance and Alice Patricia were condescending and refused to fix things.
We spotted BLACK MOLD in our apartment and instead of Alice Patricia dealing with it THEY JUST PAINTED OVER IT! They never ended up fixing that.
They refused to believe our dishwasher was broken even though it was thoroughly dead, they refused to fix/replace it for months. Eventually they did after numerous calls.
During our last few weeks, our toilet started bubbling over constantly and flooding and they REFUSED TO FIX IT! THEN CHARGED US FOR IT WHEN WE LEFT.
-There are geese nearby and they are territorial. There is an unending barrage of goose poop surrounding the place.
-Management has constant turnover and is constantly policing people to fine them, rather than implement new changes. However they indicated they are at the mercy of their parent company, so that they have the inability to make any meaningful changes or have any meaningful discussions.
-Poor communication. If we did ever have something to discuss, they would just say they would get back to us and never get back to us.
-When my wife posted a poor review while still living there, we started getting fined. Maybe coincidental, but it certainly helped push us out faster.
-Constant Trash everywhere.
-Constant dog poop.
-Rent got fairly expensive (as is everywhere I imagine). The Mortgage we pay now for a whole HOUSE is comparable to the rent we were paying.
-Constant construction nearby the last year we were there.
Some good things
-Nice location.
-I like the key fobs.
-felt like a safe area.
-The internet was affordable and decent at the time. However there were a few outages a year.
-There is a simple workout room, dog poop bag stands around, and a pool. Also a little fenced in area called a dog park. It is no dog park but it was nice to have a little yard for my dog to be off leash in.
This place seemed like a truly nice place at first, but as time went on and things naturally needed addressed during my 5 years, Alice Patricia were completely unhelpful from a maintenance and management perspective, and at times were adversarial. Ultimately refusing to remediate BLACK MOLD of all things means I must give a 1 star review.

Police are here a lot.
Dumpsters are always full, and even when they aren’t, the neighbors think the trash belongs on the ground anyway.
Neighbors party a lot and that attracts unsavory fellows, as I’ve been witness to police escorting hand cuffed individuals into the squad car.
Parents here think that the parking lot is a park to play in. They will let their kids play around and kick balls into your parked car. This isn’t going to change, E-mails don’t do anything. Kids are always running around screaming, I know that really annoys some people. Don’t expect to sit outside and have a peaceful, quiet time on your balcony. Not here.
This is the third time I’ve had to go through uploading my renters insurance to a new partner. In my past experience, I was one and done. It’s annoying to have to do all this multiple times and wait for approval, etc. You would think you sign up and provide your rental insurance and then it’s over until you move, but no.
The new LOFT app sucks too.
I really tried giving this place the benefit of the doubt but in all had such a terrible time living here for a year. As someone else has mentioned the Trash is almost always overflowing and cops are here often. My biggest concern however, are the neighbors (some not all). About half a year we lived here, we had new upstairs neighbors and I had to go buy headphones so I could enjoy some peace in the apartment without being absolutely drowned in the constant running, jumping and slamming from above. Mind you, i work from home a couple times a week, even more during the winter. I cannot tell you how hard it was to concentrate just on someone speaking to me because thats how loud it was. On one occasion one of their kids tried to get into our apartment without permission. I tried multiple times to reconcile it with management, and even though they are kind, it didn't really feel like it mattered. They,of course, told me to call the police, but honestly doing that made me fear for my saftey. Towards the last several months of our lease, we had issues with our neighbors to the left, a lady from there would NOT leave me or my relative alone if she saw us by ourself outside and would practically chase us to our front door. We were relieved to leave.
Lastly, I was pleasantly surprised that we were getting some of our deposit back, i received an email that a check would be mailed out to our forwarding address. However, after waiting weeks we never received anything in the mail. I called and was told they couldn't find a forwarding address and they would see if they could still forward a check or do it electronically. During the call I was never asked about my new address or given a call back and this was a week ago or so. I have no idea why they would send that email out if they didnt have an address for me. Needless to say this was alot of strain and disappointing experience, I would reccomend going somewhere else.

Very nice apartments.
Moved in almost a couple yrs ago. It WAS nice and quiet. Not so much anymore. Don’t move here unless u want your car to be broken into, ur apartment windows to be broken into, ur car vandalized, high school kids to be spitting gum on the floor right outside ur apartment doors and hallways. Ppl openly smoke weed outside in their cars. Have zero consideration for their neighbors who don’t want to smell that. Have had incidents where high schoolers are vaping outside our door to avoid being caught and then they yank on the handles or the door to see if they’re unlocked or not. Fights in the parking lots. Management does nothing to stop any of the violence or disruptions. Cheaply made apartments. Cops are always here. It’s gone down hill tremendously. Can’t wait for my lease to expire. Because for the price, these things shouldn’t be an issue.
