  Watch out for the service fee, convenience fee, vacant service fee, and all the other fees they charge on top of rent! Calculate 25% extra on your rent for all the fees. Jammie the manager is rude when you ask questions and is unhelpful. Only decent thing about the apartment is the maintenance crew. Been a complete nightmare ending a lease and leaving this place without having extra charges!

  maintenance is very helpful and nice - management is not. make sure you give them a SIXTY day notice even when your lease is up or you’ll have to keep paying rent even though the lease ended. there’s a reason why all recent reviews are only one star!

  Great place to live— The location is the best! Jammie the Property Manager is great to work with! I’ve had a wonderful experience here. Highly recommend!

  Don’t do it. Have had a roach problem on and off the entire time we have been here. Management is terrible. They allow the kids here to use the area has a garbage can…. The dumpsters are actually disgusting to the point where you don’t even take your garbage out we have put in a maintenance request for the cockroach issue and haven’t heard anything back the entire week and then they have the audacity to raise right by $60 a month… Do yourself a favor and find an apartment with more room that’s actually worth your money because for $1400 a month. This is probably the worst apartment I’ve been in in terms of how bad it is with the garbage the dirt and the Cockroaches. We are definitely looking to break our lease and I am going to fight them on this whole thing as The cockroaches have come back more than once, all due to the fact that they allow families to move in with multiple children who trashed the place

  I’ve lived here for a couple years and it has gone downhill horribly. As mentioned many times, cops are here a lot. The quality of the apartments is not good. Air and heat don’t go to either bedroom. Maintenance is very responsive, but no solution has worked. If you want to live here at you’ll never be able to grill again. Many tenants have had grills or smokers with no issues, but now they’re not allowing anything. Oh, but you can use the community grills, which are nonexistent. Even though the City of Waukee is ok with grills that are not charcoal, you still can’t have anything. Children are destroying the property and usually don’t have any parents watching them. They don’t care about your concerns or safety half the time. You’ll get a response every so often and it’s usually dismissing everything. The maintenance team is about the only thing I’d give a positive rating towards
