  Very frustrating experience trying to schedule a viewing with PMI Central Iowa. I have been calling every day and have not been able to reach anyone. I have also left two voicemails and have not received a response. To make matters worse, I received an email asking me to “complete” my viewing request for rental property. When I clicked the Schedule button, the system took me to a page saying that my viewing had already been cancelled for an earlier date. So I’m being asked to schedule a viewing through a link that doesn’t actually allow me to schedule one. I understand that property managers can be busy, but prospective tenants should at least be able to reach someone or receive a callback, especially when the automated scheduling system isn’t working properly. I’ve spent several days calling, leaving messages, and trying to use their scheduling system without getting anywhere. This has been a disappointing and unnecessarily time-consuming experience.

  We converted to PMI just over a month ago and already the difference is significant. Their knowledge and expertise is so very critical for our association of 138 owners. We really, at the end of the day, are a commercial property...and we need commercial answers. A board is turned over regularly and has, as a general rule, no clue how to maintain a commercial property our size. PMI is a professional company with great experience. In just one month, we have already benefitted an unbelievable amount. They do not push things on us...but they share from their experience in the commercial property management industry. We realize now that we have NEVER had a true property manager. We have always struggled to know how to handle our primary duty as a board for the "care , extension and maintenance of our property". How could a volunteer board know that anyway? Already the difference of applying their experience to our situation is having impact. We are delighted with their performance and strongly recommend that other HOA's consider having a TRUE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY as their guide to success. The difference is noticed immediately!

  PMI Central Iowa has been a Godsend. As a member of the HOA I couldn't be more pleased with there service. The previous HOA management company was horrible to say the least. Hannah, our PMI Community Associate Manager hit the ground running and made the transition to PMI seamless. PMI (Hannah) is very responsive to my requests and very easy to work with. If you are in the market for an HOA management company or considering a property managed by PMI Central Iowa you can't go wrong.

  PMI has a full team to support their owners, board members, and vendors. They offer experienced advise to help board members make educated decisions. Really impressed!

  Property management isn't an easy industry to be in so I want to take a minute to acknowledge PMI Central Iowa and their team. They are transparent and all of the financials, bank statements and invoices are provided to all owners monthly and on time. The have a designated website that stores all of the community documents that owners have access to 24/7, and a maintenance team that coordinates work orders. They all work together to help with all aspects of the community. They do a great job and are very friendly.
