  They scheduled a touring appointment at 9 am and then no one is there, we waited for almost 20 minutes. Completely unprofessional

  Had a tour scheduled for 9:30, office had a note posted that nobody was there and would be back soon. Tried calling and leaving a message but voicemail was full. Waited 20 minutes and nobody showed up.

  Just moved in the other day with my brother and it’s very nice here! Ethan (the landlord) is a really great guy and makes it his priority to help you when you need help, he’s amazing at his job! And so far, my brother and I love the place, it’s a pretty solid place to live! Definitely would recommend if looking for a nice, chill, relaxing spot to settle down at!

  I've lived here as an adult for the last 4 years and my mom in this community for 8 years before that. We've been here before Artisan bought the properties so I've seen the WHOLE level of management and maintenance crews. I really appreciate the kindness and professionalism and efficiency Ethan and John are bringing to the table. I felt seen and heard by both of them when we talked this morning, and that's just this morning! We've had other things pop up around the property and they've taken care of it quickly. John was already on property taking care of the storm fallout while Ethan was taking care of Trilein this morning! Team work makes the dream work. I look forward to working with you guys!
