  Edit added due to false info in responce. Correction was verbally told they had no info on this matter of windows despite me calling and putting in work orders. Correction again i went to the office on my days off and told yall several times about neighbors and was told "oh its just a kid and a young family" "we can only do so much" You did nothing, all this was not livable conditions, the fact that you see nothing wrong with the window situation and water damage is crazy. Would you allow your family to live in that for months? No you wouldn't, there should have been some reduction in payment since you all failed to meet requirements and dead lines. Worst experience ever...if you care about your sanity or health never live here. We were forced to live with leaking windows/water build up for months, excuse after excuse of why they weren't doing a thing about it. Reported back in July and wasn't replaced until December. Yelled at by the manager several times for asking simple questions, maintenance is a joke they are lacking basic knowledge to keep things up to date. Hall ways always smell foul or of smoke, trash covers the property at all times. Damage to cars over night, seems like police are there almost every other night for domestics or lord knows what else. The price is not worth the trash this place is. Never once used our dishwasher due to how dirty it was, water built up in the tub due to them "painting" the tub with improper paint...floors shift under your feet. Neighbors are a damn joke, if you like people stomping, arguing and waking you up at odd hours of the night then its perfect for you but the second you bring it to the managers attention you are seen as the problem. Multiple times water was either shut off with less than 24 hour notice or zero notice at all. Heating and AC is a joke, building is so old that you are paying an arm and a leg just to live. NEVER WILL I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Keep in mind the pictures of the window are after they "fixed" it up.

  I had an amazing experience with the management team at this apartment complex. One night I accidentally left my garage key inside my car and couldn’t get into my garage. I called for help, and to my surprise they showed up in the middle of the night to assist me. They were incredibly kind, patient, and determined to find a solution. Instead of brushing it off until morning, they took the time to help me right away and made sure everything was taken care of. Their willingness to go above and beyond really shows how much they care about their residents. I’m very grateful for their quick response and outstanding customer service. It’s reassuring to live in a place where the staff is so supportive and reliable. Highly recommend!

  There are too many cockroaches in these apartments. I initially recommended them to family and friends, but they have the same problem. And if you try to get rid of the pest infestation yourself, Angela and her office colleague will fine you for it. And if you want to talk to them or complain about any problem, you'll end up worse off than when you started because all they do is yell and stress you out.

  After my previous apartment flooded and I need to find a new place for myself and family I came across Bristol Ridge Apartments. Angela was helpful and friendly she walkes us thru the process at our pace never made us feel rushed or like they just wanted to fill up. She was truly available for any questions we had and NEVER made us feel like we where asking to many questions. The maintenance team is wonderful not only do they keep up the property nicely they also interact with the kids get to know them and helps to reduce problems on property. Angela has several social events throughout the seasons to help give the residents stuff to do. Overall I'm more then pleased with our choice to make Bristol Ridge our home. Currently they are upgrading our parking lots. They are always doing something to upgrade our property. You can frequently find Angela and staff walking the property visiting with residents. I love how much they Want & Make this such a community feel. 5 stars 🌟
