  We moved into our unit and immediately started finding cockroaches. I took photos and videos every single time we saw one. It was multiple a day, crawling in our brand NEW furniture that was delivered to the apartment from Homemakers. There were even cockroach legs sticking out of the sink faucet in the bathroom. Which yes, I have photos & videos of. The worst part, my 21 month old son who is immunocompromised was bit 3 times, which left nasty, very large beat red welts on his back & stomach, that resulted in a nice emergency room visit & bill. We also have the paperwork confirming the bites and the course of treatment from the hospital. When we called Amy Flugge Smith, the regional manager of Indigo Living, her response was, “Cockroaches do not bite humans.” Which by a simple google search is clearly not true. She was extremely unprofessional and rude, which we have video & email evidence of. The leasing office employees communication system was absolutely terrible & unprofessional. We would have to call more than 5 times to ever get a call back or response. We had to call the actual owners of the property in NYC to get this resolved. They knew they were wrong and let us terminate our lease after just 2 weeks of living there and get out. I will be posting photo and video evidence of everything we saw in the comments below this post. Do NOT rent from here!

  Have enjoyed living here for the last 7 years. Easy access to food and groceries while being in a small town is great!

  DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!! Absolutely the worst apartments I have lived at. First day of renting and no one told me when to come when to meet. I just started moving in then got yelled at for doing so. Then no one still came to do a walk thru with me ever. So I started living there and paying rent like I was supposed to. Then came the infestation of wasps inside the apartment that took then over three months to actually take care of. Then when moving out the dinged me for literally everything that was already wrong with the apartment before I moved in and took all my deposit money leaving me with less than 400$ when moving out. These people are horrible! ADDENDUM: Thank you for trying to cover up the wasps that inhabited my fireplace and that came into the apartment and had to be boarded up to keep them out. Again highly allergic. Also took three months to fix. As they came in and flew around and crawled everywhere. I called and was hung up on and told I was being dramatic. And the bees outside were hornets. I have pictures they we huge! To be expected as you said but not wasps inside where I am to be safe along with my children.
