  it was a decent apartment to live in for the time, had many issues with air conditioning going out, dishwasher leaking an orange liquid, etc. Most issues they do fix in a decent time frame. Main issue is they do not protect resident privacy as well as they should. Upon moving out I was sent another tenants move out statement with their private personal information on it, I called to inform them of this mistake and also sent an email for a paper trail and got no response, I was ghosted for almost 3 weeks until I finally decided to call again and request my accurate documents. I requested they notify the other party of this error as their personal information was being sent to the wrong people but I got no response and would not be surprised if they are simply ignoring the mistake and sweeping it under the rug. I’m glad they sent the wrong documents to me who simply destroyed the document instead of some person who may do harm with that kind of information.

  I just returned from out of town to find that my AC wasn’t working and the temperature outside is over 90 degrees. I called emergency maintenance, and Rob arrived at my unit within 30 minutes on a Sunday. He was prompt, professional, and very pleasant to talk to. He diagnosed the issue and had my AC back up and running right away. Communication and timeliness is much appreciated!

  If you are considering renting here, BE WARNED: the parking situation is an absolute nightmare, and management refuses to do anything about it clearly after reading other reviews… I recently came home and couldn’t find a single open space after driving around the lot multiple times. I was forced to park at a COMPLETELY different neighboring facility, WALK back in the dark, and RISK getting my car towed. For the high amount of rent we pay here $1800, a basic necessity like a parking spot shouldn't be a daily battle. Many other residents have complained about this exact same issue, but management continues to ignore it and fails to regulate how many vehicles are allowed per household. Save yourself the daily stress and look at other complexes that actually provide the infrastructure you pay for. If this happens again and my car gets towed i’m billing management. the sign “Towing Enforcement” means nothing. anyone can clearly park here. Being considered a “luxury” complex means nothing either. There should be a designated SPOT for GUESTS and us tenants should get parking spots ASSIGNED.
