  My son and I were very new to the house buying process.In addition to looking for our home,learning about the process we were also working with a very small window in which we needed to find and move into our new home. Kim was , and is a very knowledgeable, kind and a patient person .She didn't hesitant to share, guide, and do all she could for us as we all navigated the twists and turns of the home buying experience. Kim was also one step ahead in sharing her knowledge and buffet of resources in making our home buying experience positive.We are so appreciative of all the time and energy she put into helping us make our dream of owning our own home a reality. Kim also empowered my 23 year old son , in navigating the logistics of all the showings ,to noting what was important in the selection of our new home. Although the closing is complete,Kim continues check in,and be there to lend a hand with the few loose ends that may require her vast knowledge and expertise. Kim is top shelf ,and in my opinion not only an amazing person , but one of the best in the business. Thank you so much! P&D

Our family’s first connection with Kim was when she helped our daughter and son-in-law buy their first home several years ago. Kim is honest and hardworking. Her communication goes above and beyond. She invites questions and quickly responds to concerns. I highly recommend Kim!
