  Two girls scream from the time the pool opens until it closes and nobody does anything about it. They live in the building to the west of the pool. Why dont you come out and say something tomorrow and ill change my review. Pools always closed anyway so when it is open lets make it so we can enjoy it i dont want to see some teem getting banged by some teenage boy, screaming and cussing at top of their lungs.

  I'm writing this review in hopes that this not only gets the attention of corporate, but also prevents this from happening to other people. A few months after we moved out, we recieved a letter stating that we had a balance due that was being threatened to be sent to collections. We thought this was odd, as we had gotten our deposit back and had confirmed we were all set. After several attempts at calling corporate and calling the office, we had to actually stop by and than confirm that we had a zero balance and that there was an error in their system that caused the issue, and that it would be resolved. I was assured that it would not go to collections, and would be promptly handled. I asked for an email to be sent to have this in writing and was promised one would be sent. When I didn't get one, my calls went ignored. Today, we recieved an email from a debt collector stating that we owed from our account with Meadowlark. This is the exact issue we were afraid of happening, and upon requesting this to be resolved promptly, it has felt like we are pulling teeth and Indigo is dragging their feet to deal with an issue that their systems caused. I was told that the office doesn't have the "Authorization" to write an email confirming the debt is invalid, even though she can confirm to me that is the case. Given that I couldn't even get a letter confirming this was the case MONTHS ago, I have little faith that Indigo will reply in a timely manner. So, renters be warned. The BBB has a high number of complaints related to this exact issue against Indigo. Your credit could be jeopardized by living here by their own screw ups that they know happen and are clearly not fixing nor are they quick to help resolve.
