I have had several negative experiences with the maintenance staff, particularly one employee whose behavior has come across as rude, unprofessional, and discriminatory. One day, there were about 10 Black residents and their guests at the pool, and he immediately began causing a scene, called for backup, and shut the pool down. Yet on many other days, I’ve seen 20 or more White residents at the pool without any issues or intervention. The inconsistent treatment raises serious concerns about fairness and bias. He even made the comment, “There are too many of y’all.” Considering this community has multiple buildings and well over 1,000 apartment units, it’s unreasonable to decide that a certain number of residents is “too many” when everyone pays to enjoy the amenities. To make matters worse, management has now implemented a wristband policy requiring residents to pick up wristbands from the office every time they want to use the pool. Many of us work during office hours and cannot make it before the office closes, making access to an amenity we pay for unnecessarily difficult. Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience. The staff needs better customer service training, and management should reevaluate both the way residents are being treated and the new pool policy. I added pictures from that specific day

as someone who doesn’t usually write reviews - this place is a nightmare. it is so beyond poorly managed. the amount of issues i’ve had and the nature of said issues shows true incompetency and carelessness. it is not worth settling for the price. getting in touch with someone is nearly impossible. it says they are open until 5 but rarely will anyone be there past 4. so if you have any issues your chances of reaching someone in a timely manner are slim to none. my renters portal has been incorrect several times with random charges and fees. i had to bring it to their attention just to see my bill accurately reflected. i try to give grace but this is people’s livelihood. i shouldn’t have to question the accuracy of my bills. next - they have a bug issue. while it seems to be taken care of now, they had several “quick fix” attempts that didn’t worked. after several treatments, i had to tell THEM that it was likely a building wide issue…which is common sense. turns out..it was! i had an instance where an eviction notice was put on my door. the address was completely correct! i knew it couldn’t be right because i had never missed rent. turns out - it wasnt. but it was a judicial document addressed to the wrong person. they told me “ it doesn’t have your name so disregard that.” clearly they missed the point. again this shows great carelessness and incompetency. god forbid the police had entered my apartment to follow through on eviction..etc….i just don’t understand how such a mistake can be made. now - plumbing. the sinks clog. i have had the same issue twice now where my upstairs neighbors garbage disposal seemingly explodes down into my bath tub and toilet. not sure what the real issue is…but it has flooded my bathroom, left tons of yucky remnants in my bathtub on my floor etc. after “fixing” the problem they left all of the mess where it was…which was never my issue to fix. they then told me that not staying there was a “personal choice.” they cleaned it eventually, said they would paint the tub and never did. this is happening for a second time and again they “fixed” it, but cleaned nothing. so my bathroom is not usable. they gave me a $100 rental credit the last time which was appreciated..but not without hassle. the list of issues goes on, but if you can skate by for a year with no real issues you might be okay. any longer than a year though - issues will come up and you will not have an easy time finding a solution. seriously, do not rent from this place.
