  Scheduled a tour for Monday, June 29th at 3:00 PM. Came all the way from Ames just for NO ONE TO BE IN THE OFFICE. Had a sign on a door showing they will not be back until 4:30 pm. Drove 35 minutes for nothing. Called the place and the AI agent tells me that 3:00 PM was actually outside of their times. Then why do you have 3:00 PM as an option for a tour? Especially on your website? Great first impression. Still haven’t heard a call or email back. Seems like a good sign to not live here in the first place. Disappointing.

  Buildings fire alarm goes off constantly and 99% of the time it is for no REAL reason, just people burning food, smoking, or some other reason. Highly annoying and frustrating to deal with.

  I have been living at The Parker for over 3 years. I like the convenience of being able to walk to work. The Parker is close to 235 and makes it easy to get anywhere in the city.

  I don't live at the Parker but I had a old friend that lived there and so I was over there a lot. Kris was very nice everytime she saw me. She would say hello and ask me how I was. Even though I didn't live there I felt welcome everytime. I like how it's downtown because there is the skywalks to walk in and to the river amongst other places to. It's a really nice inside.
