  Buildings fire alarm goes off constantly and 99% of the time it is for no REAL reason, just people burning food, smoking, or some other reason. Highly annoying and frustrating to deal with.

  I have been living at The Parker for over 3 years. I like the convenience of being able to walk to work. The Parker is close to 235 and makes it easy to get anywhere in the city.

  I don't live at the Parker but I had a old friend that lived there and so I was over there a lot. Kris was very nice everytime she saw me. She would say hello and ask me how I was. Even though I didn't live there I felt welcome everytime. I like how it's downtown because there is the skywalks to walk in and to the river amongst other places to. It's a really nice inside.

  I came and toured The Parker with my daughter for her upcoming school year and absolutely fell in love! We aren’t from the area but Marlee knew everything about downtown Des Moines and made us really comfortable with our decision to move our kid into the city. We even had an amazing lunch and saw some sights per her suggestions on what is nearby the apartment.
