  When looking for a new place I ended up choosing the meadows I thought it’s was reasonably priced compared to the others near by. I also like how convenient everything else is for shopping. I mean Walmart ,Home Depot, Menards, Hy-vee or even target. It’s also near the interstate which is super convenient with the Casey’s right there. Also When I was looking for a place to move I talked to every management at different mobile home parks and I found the meadows to be the nicest easiest and best staff to work with which was most important for me. If you’re looking for a new place to live I’d without a doubt recommend it here, just remember to be respectful to the park and pay your bills/rent on time and don’t be difficult.

  Great place to live just be warned that since it is private property if someone hits your car and drives away you will have to take them to civil court since the police cant do anything. Heck dont know if robbery, theft, destruction of property or anything else that police normally would investigate would be covered but just be warned. The police arrest and ticket for those things on private property such as the police officers example of walmart or a bank or even a gated subdivision or a privately owned apartment complex. Really do love this place but they should allow police to do their jobs seeing how my hubbys wanting to become one and sense of security for residence should be a high priority.
