Incredibly clean, fun events for residents and pride in the building. Highly recommend - especially if you enjoy the freedom to decorate your space and change wall colors!

Our Manager goes above and beyond to create a wonderful living experience. 2) In my opinion our building manager has created the ultimate downtown Des Moines living situation. 3) Our building manager fosters a diversity of cultures and facilitates the massive new influx of people - young & old - to Des Moines. It's impressive to see. 4) It is a unique experience to live in a 1920's building with all the newest, latest, and greatest technology upgraded during the renovation of 2016. It is coupled with the spirit of the original marble, & Terrazzo Flooring. It is distinguished, efficient, & convenient. 5) I have lived in many places: Iowa, Colorado, Oxford England, Italy, & New York City... I have not had a better experience than the Equitable Building in Des Moines. 6) It is super safe, always clean, and literally located in the heart of downtown Des Moines. 7) In my opinion, due to our building manager and the forward thinking owners: We have the Privledge to live in the pinnacle of excellence.
