  I would not recommend moving here. I lived there for almost a year. There are frequent vehicle thefts and break ins ( including our own car) . We had such a bad roach problem in our building that pest control was needing to come in spray bi weekly. They also now have “ Valet trash service” that basically means that residents can now leave their trash in the hallways. They tried to charge us multiple times for a cat that we repeatedly told them we didn’t own. And now in the move out process we figured out that we where double paying renters insurance,even though we sent them the documents at move in, it was now a convenient time to tell us that it didn’t qualify. I have worked for 3 different property management groups in the surrounding states, so I understand what good service looks like. This has been by far the worst.

  Mas que una experiencia es una pregunta que tengo, el mantenimiento lo cobran? Por que ase poco ise reclamo de cucarachas y me llego el bill un poco mas alto de la renta, tengo el lava mano ripiado y me da miedo que le llegue el bill alto gracias

  A huge thank you to Jeff on the maintenance team! We submitted a request late in the evening and he showed up promptly the next morning. Jeff is always friendly, positive, and hardworking. His craftsmanship is excellent, and he always leaves the area cleaner than he found it. It's wonderful having someone so reliable and dedicated taking care of our community.
