  Love staying at Soll! Incredible Management, great maintenance staff. Things get resolved quickly and efficiently and all amenities are well maintained.

  I lived at Soll Apartments from September 2021-September 2022. My experience at the beginning was pleasant but POOR management was the reason for my moving. Move out procedures were horrible and management was IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of! There was very disrespectful and forgot about the time and date agreed upon! Now I have received a security deposit checking missing $100 off of it! Management will not answer the phone or multiple email attempts. I am very happy I moved out when did.

  This is an amazing apartment complex! Key things to note: great location with a skyline view of Downtown, top quality amenities, most importantly the leasing agent Jorjia has been amazing throughout the leasing process. The team here is very prompt with resolving issues and taking care of requests. Highly recommend at this price point.
