- AAAmber ASep 13, 20231.0my bf rented here, I was there often, from the day he moved in to when he moved out. Living there seemed fine, however the one manager Holly hated him, because he had several maintenance requests and she refused, then when moved out we saw a hit on his credit score and after several attempts to get ahold of the office the amounts are wrong, he's being charged for things he begged to be fixed. His move in paperwork apparently "disappeared" and they said he only paid a 600 deposit but he required a co-signer and thousands of dollars. Good thing I made sure he took photos and he still has the paperwork

I would reccomend going to another place and pay just a bit more if you can so you uave better security around the area. Hopefully with cameras. They have 1 person as security for the whole area. If you like your stuff (more so your car) dont go here my car window was smashed with a rock the night before my birthday woke up to it whent directly to the office they took pictures amd sent it off...just for 3 months later to be told they wont cover it because there is no proof, but before the incident happened they put letters all over stating its a known issues with kids throwing rocks and there have been several reports of it. Well no kidding there is no proof one person for security and no cameras....forget that....i now have a dent on my car again from staying there over night and most likely kids being dumb..ill post a follow up review on that too 3 months from now. (Dont keep your hopes up people they will just reject that too l) all in all find anither place i will be at the end of my lease.
