I love the open layouts, soaring ceilings, and industrial design elements that lofts offer—something truly distinct from traditional apartments or studios. I hope one of these units is available when it’s time for me to move. The building was clean and quiet, which was a big plus. Enough about the building—now for the building manager, Desiree DuBois-Higgins. Desiree was amazing, staying late for my tour even on a Friday afternoon—bless her heart. She showed technical skill, financial know-how, attention to safety, great communication, and leadership. But more than her professionalism, she made my granddaughter and me feel welcome with her warmth and hospitality. She went above and beyond, making us feel included and at ease through genuine conversation. Riverpoint Lofts feels like a place where I could build meaningful connections and enjoy long-term living.

Desiree in the front office has been a breath of fresh air and has made the last year fantastic. Grateful to call this place home.
