  I rarely leave reviews, but after my full experience here — starting from the application process — I feel it’s important to be transparent for anyone considering signing a lease. Even before moving in, the application process was frustrating and disorganized. The staff member handling my application left their position, and I was never notified. I continued emailing what turned out to be a dead account, receiving no responses, which made the process unnecessarily time-consuming and stressful. Communication from the start was lacking. During my tenancy, ongoing issues continued. For over 9 months there have been repeated noise disturbances, including heavy bass, stomping, and vibrations that frequently continue past 1:30am. I have had to contact law enforcement multiple times because the noise would not stop. Despite bringing this to management’s attention, the issue persisted. There have also been pest concerns, including a cockroach infestation that required complaints and follow-up. No tenant should have to deal with that inside their unit. The building frequently smells strongly of marijuana, especially on weekends. The parking lot is often littered with trash, and dog waste is regularly left in common areas. There is a consistent late-night presence of law enforcement and medical responders coming and going from the property. During my time here, there were serious domestic disturbances, including an assault situation. This does not create a peaceful or secure living environment. Additionally, my dog was attacked by another resident’s dog on the property multiple times, which was extremely concerning. When you sign a lease, you expect reasonable quiet enjoyment, safety, basic cleanliness, and responsive management. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience here. I strongly recommend that prospective tenants ask detailed questions about how management handles repeated complaints, pest control, safety concerns, and enforcement of community rules before committing to this property.

  I’ve been here since 2021 and recently moved to a bottom floor apt because of my health problems! The office was great in the understanding my need for a bottom apt. My time here has been pleasant and the office and maintenance are wonderful people! If you are looking for a place r where the office staff is great and maintenance (when needed) gets things done in a timely fashion. They are dog friendly which is a must for me as I’m a dog mom and all get along well with animals! I love living in my new apt and would gladly refer people to apply.

  Maggie and Jasmine are great at the Melbourne Apartments. They are very approachable quick to help, and genuinely care about the people who live there. Whether it's handling of requests or just making living there easy and enjoyable for the tenants, it's clear they take pride in what they do at the Melbourne and it really shows . P.S Attentive and Professionalism from them both.
