  I really enjoyed my time living at Linc! The gym is fantastic and has everything you will need for a solid workout, so no need to spend money on a gym membership. I loved having Gray’s Lake so close by to go for walks. Management has been great and we truly had no issues. Any maintenance requests were handled quickly and efficiently. I would recommend Linc to anyone looking for a clean, modern apartment close to both city life and nature. 10/10 apartments!!

  I had initially posted a negative review with the leasing and application process, but I have come back to edit my review. Chloe had reached out, explained what had happened, and had made right by my roommate and I. I really appreciate her reaching out and doing that.

  🌟 10/10 Would Tecommend 🌟 We happened on LINC. We were originally looking for a house to rent and when we looked at what they have available here our hearts instantly fell in love. Chloe worked with us the most and she has been absolutely amazing and the other members of the LINC team are great too! Always helpful and willing to answer any questions we have had. They helped us a lot with our move in allowing us to park our moving truck close so it was easier to move everything. There is a community built here at LINC. Everyone is friendly, loves dogs and cycling and just all around chill. We’ve only been here for a week and can’t wait to experience more downtown living at LINC’s beautiful property.

  I’ve lived at LINC for the last 3 years in multiple units, and I’m so sad to be leaving. I just wanted to share how amazing a place it has been to live. The property managers are kind, responsive, helpful, and genuinely care about residents. I’ve never had issues getting things fixed, and the amenities are wonderful. Truly the best place I’ve ever lived, and the location is excellent — close enough to walk downtown or to the farmers market, but not so in the middle of everything that it’s loud. You can even watch the fireworks from the roof lounge or, if you’re lucky with your view, from your patio during Friday night games. If you’re looking to move downtown, I recommend LINC all the way.

  The LINC property management serve their tenants with value & care. I love living here with all the amenities & services needed. They have shown that with restructuring the parking lot for more vehicle accommodations. As for personal, LINC has provided me with Answers to problems and request with prompt attention and show that their tenants are valued. I honestly enjoy living here. We still need an outdoor BBQ pit for the summer though. 😂 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
