  🌟 10/10 Would Tecommend 🌟 We happened on LINC. We were originally looking for a house to rent and when we looked at what they have available here our hearts instantly fell in love. Chloe worked with us the most and she has been absolutely amazing and the other members of the LINC team are great too! Always helpful and willing to answer any questions we have had. They helped us a lot with our move in allowing us to park our moving truck close so it was easier to move everything. There is a community built here at LINC. Everyone is friendly, loves dogs and cycling and just all around chill. We’ve only been here for a week and can’t wait to experience more downtown living at LINC’s beautiful property.

  I’ve lived at LINC for the last 3 years in multiple units, and I’m so sad to be leaving. I just wanted to share how amazing a place it has been to live. The property managers are kind, responsive, helpful, and genuinely care about residents. I’ve never had issues getting things fixed, and the amenities are wonderful. Truly the best place I’ve ever lived, and the location is excellent — close enough to walk downtown or to the farmers market, but not so in the middle of everything that it’s loud. You can even watch the fireworks from the roof lounge or, if you’re lucky with your view, from your patio during Friday night games. If you’re looking to move downtown, I recommend LINC all the way.

  I had an amazing experience touring with Chloe at Linc Apartments! From the moment we met, she made it her priority to understand exactly what I was looking for in an apartment. She took the time to ask thoughtful questions and showed me several great options that matched my needs perfectly. I’ve looked at a ton of different apartments recently, and no one came close to matching the level of service and personalization Chloe and Linc provided. I’ve been wanting to move from the suburbs to downtown, and thanks to Chloe, I feel confident and excited about making that move.   Today, my partner and I had the pleasure of touring the LINC, and later the Clemens. The tour was facilitated by the kindest and most knowledgeable leasing agent we met today— Ishmael, who has convinced us that upon choosing where our next living area will be, he will be the person we reach out to and trust on that decision.   I love living at LINC! I’ve been here for over a year now and truly feel like I’ve built a community of friends and a home that I love to be in. The amenities are amazing and the location can’t be beat given we have a bustling city vibe and Gray’s Lake both within walking distance. The leasing team is responsive and on top of concerns, not to mention my dog is obsessed with our maintenance guys :) Once the businesses opened up it was even better to have local companies to support and be social in. I really can’t say enough good things about living here and I’d highly recommend it to others!
