  I moved into this community on 9/11 and have had a mixed experience so far. The apartments themselves are beautiful, the property is well-maintained, and Mark from maintenance has been fantastic. Taysha has always been friendly, professional, and pleasant to work with in person as well. Because of those things, I can't say my experience has been all bad. My biggest frustration has been communication. In the two weeks leading up to my move-in date, I had difficulty getting responses to multiple phone calls, voicemails, and emails regarding paperwork, move-in costs, scheduling, and a lease promotion that appeared to apply to my move-in period. At one point, I was unable to reach anyone until I called through the emergency maintenance line the day before I was scheduled to move in. While everything ultimately worked out and I was able to move in on time, the process was significantly more stressful than it needed to be. Another unresolved issue is a $1,000 lease credit promotion that was being advertised on the website when I signed my 24-month lease. I was offered the waived administrative fees promotion but not the lease credit, despite signing the longest lease term available during the promotional period. I've asked for clarification several times over the past few weeks and have been told that the matter is being reviewed by management, but I still haven't received a final answer. Whether I qualify or not, I would simply appreciate timely communication and a clear resolution. Beyond that, communication in general has continued to be hit-or-miss. Several emails, texts, and calls have gone unanswered, and I've occasionally had to wait until I saw someone in person to get questions addressed. The property also feels a bit nickel-and-dime at times, with additional charges and expensive convenience items that don't always make residents feel particularly valued. Overall, I'd give this community 3 out of 5 stars. The apartments are beautiful, the location is great, and the staff members I've interacted with have been kind and helpful when available. However, the lack of consistent communication and the ongoing uncertainty surrounding the lease promotion have left me unable to relate to many of the glowing 5-star reviews. I genuinely hope these issues improve because there's a lot to like about this property.

  Had a great experience here - always clean and repairs were made quickly. Taysha was very helpful and personable while shopping for the right place.

  Great apartments, the views are great and an amazing location! :) The staff, Taysha and Mark, have been so helpful and amazing. Everything is resolved quickly as well as great communication!!

  Loved living at Level - spent three years here and it has been great the whole time. Both Taysha and Mark are always friendly and handle anything you need right away. Highly suggest living here.

  Taysha is hands down the best property manager I’ve had! She’s always so welcoming, as well she always helps with anything that I’ve ever had questions about! We’re so thankful she keeps the whole place clean and the market full. She seriously is the best :)!
