  EDITED - this has been updated to reflect the building itself and not the rest of our airbnb experience. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was bad enough that I feel a responsibility to warn others. We stayed as airbnb guests and While it is operated by a private airbnb host there are issues related to the building itself and their relationship with a predatory towing company. The listing was advertised as non pet friendly, the constant barking and crying from a dog early in the mornings made it hard to relax or sleep. There was visible mold or mildew in the bathroom, hair in the shower, and an odd musty smell throughout the unit. A pest control notice dated 7/17/25 was taped to the door — not exactly comforting. The dryer vent was full of caked-on lint (a fire hazard), and the washer leaked all over the floor after a single use. To make they work with a predatory towing company (Crow Towing), which targets out-of-state vehicles even if the parking permit is clearly displayed. Other tenants confirmed this is a recurring issue. We ended up paying over $200 to get our car out of impound. Completely unacceptable. The pool did not have any signs that it was unclean or unsanitary, however one of the current tenants (without being prompted) told us it hadn’t been cleaned in over 2 weeks. It was a good thing we didn’t actually go in it. On top of a terrible experience, which we received unprofessional service and handling and no remedies, we have received threats if we don’t take our reviews down. We have free speech and have every right to leave a review that is factual. It is a good thing we took pictures and videos of everything.

  A mixed bag. The apartments are in a good location and the price is fair, including the townhomes for the square footage. The layout and natural light is great. The apartments do seem to have been built cheaply, several things have broken and I’ve only lived here a year. From the beginning I requested the paint be touched up from the sloppy job that was done upon move-in and no effort was made. Maintenance requests take literally months if they ever are completed. Calls to the office go unanswered. Crow tow circles the parking lot… and if you want to park in the lot that will be an extra fee. Trash and dog poop are common across the property. They switched to a new rental portal and when a small fee was missed I received an eviction notice instead of a courtesy call. The pool is almost never working and communication from the office about it is rare. The location and value as well as the apartments themselves are the reason for the three stars (more like four)… if it came down to service and apparent care from management… it’s more like one or two.

  Austin helped me with the application of the townhome and also answered any questions I had. He was very helpful and made the transition into my new home very easy!! I appreciate him being very helpful and understanding throughout this big change for me. I really enjoy living in the eagleview complex and will be definitely staying here for a long time!
