  I give it a big fat ZERO!!! I moved out, they are still charging me for water. I have called MULTIPLE TUNES, EMAILED MILLIONS OF TIMES, They still owe me my deposit. The apartment was MOLD INFESTED and they said they tested it and no mold was found. I tested myself and there was SO MUCH MOLD!!! Do not recommend.

  The office staff NEVER answers my calls. I even tried to email them, and they still have not gotten back to me. I constantly leave voicemails and hear nothing from them. I've had a dishwasher that has been leaking for 5 months and maintenance has came over multiple times, still not fixed. Then, I had been paying the same rent since November (when I resigned my lease) and then out of nowhere, they just added an extra $100 for my utilities, utilities that were not charged in the previous months.

  Renae is the current office manager and has such great hospitality. I have gone in on several different occasions to ask questions and she has always been a delight. If she didn’t have the answer off the top of her head she looked it up, sent and email or made a phone call to someone and got me an answer. She 95% of the time knew the answer. She always makes me laughs and asks how everything is going. Stopped in today and as always she was such a delight. Thanks Renae for your help. A. Crawford

  Ranae Peterson is a fabulous apartment manager. She and her staff are proactive at problem-solving and proficient at communicating. You get straightforward, no nonsense dialogue with professionalism. I have thoroughly enjoyed my interactions with someone who's attentive and cares about her community. I recommend any future renter to contact Ranae Peterson.

  I’m very happy with my experience at this apartment community. The grounds and common areas are always clean and well-maintained, and the landscaping gives the whole place a welcoming feel. The apartments themselves are bright and functional with thoughtful layouts and modern finishes. I’ve found the management team to be professional and responsive — maintenance requests are handled quickly and the staff is friendly and easy to work with. The complex feels safe and quiet, and neighbors are respectful, which makes for a relaxing home environment. Amenities like the fitness center, community spaces, and secure entry add real convenience and value. Parking and trash services are organized and reliable, and the location is great for shopping, dining, and commuting. Overall, this is a comfortable, well-run community that I’d recommend to anyone looking for a quality place to live. Five stars from me.
