  If you are looking for a place that has good customer service you should probably keep looking. The office staff don’t answer during business hours and are terrible about calling back even when you leave a voicemail or multiple. Been without AC for a week and when I finally got someone to answer on the 3rd attempt between the last 2 days they don’t have any answers on timeline even though they told me it would be fixed Tuesday, and then Wednesday, and now they don’t know. Not what I would expect for what we pay in rent to live here…

  It’s been great living at 5Fifty5, and a big reason for that is Chloe. She’s friendly, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents, which makes a huge difference. Having someone like her here really makes this feel like home.

  Absolutely loved my experience at 555 until the end. Management cancelled the deposit check 3 days after issuing it with no warning leaving me -$2000 with four overdraft fees. It took over a week of daily phone calls of ME reaching out to them to figure things out. Ended up with a check, but no late fee coverages or compensation. Regional manager, Jill did not answer any calls or return any messages.
