  If you are looking for a place that has good customer service you should probably keep looking. The office staff don’t answer during business hours and are terrible about calling back even when you leave a voicemail or multiple. Been without AC for a week and when I finally got someone to answer on the 3rd attempt between the last 2 days they don’t have any answers on timeline even though they told me it would be fixed Tuesday, and then Wednesday, and now they don’t know. Not what I would expect for what we pay in rent to live here…

  Beware leasing here or at Linc as it is dual managed. I want to express my disappointment with the leasing experience at this property and its management. After paying a non-refundable security deposit, I discovered several unresolved maintenance issues in the townhome, including a broken window in the primary bedroom. Despite the unit being vacant since October, the property was not adequately prepared for move-in. The baseboards were filthy, and additional issues like faulty breakers, missing trash cans, and burnt-out light bulbs remain unresolved. When I raised my concerns, Chloe, the leasing agent, showed a lack of professionalism and accountability. She stated I should contact her manager myself, rather than escalating the issues on my behalf. Additionally, she claimed these problems were unlikely to be fixed. It’s not the tenant’s responsibility to identify and report pre-existing issues—this should have been addressed before move-in. On my first night, my garage was burglarized. Despite law enforcement notifying the leasing office, no one reached out to follow up, which Chloe attributed to “fair housing laws”—an inaccurate and troubling response. She showed zero empathy nor professionalism. Maintenance entered my home to photograph personal items like heaters in my garage and share it with the leasing office, yet no progress has been made on outstanding work orders. This experience contrasts sharply with my previous leasing experience at Level (under the same management), where I received exceptional service. It’s clear that customer service at this property is lacking, and the importance of tenant satisfaction is not being prioritized. I strongly urge the management team to review the handling of tenant concerns and address these ongoing issues promptly.

  Absolutely loved my experience at 555 until the end. Management cancelled the deposit check 3 days after issuing it with no warning leaving me -$2000 with four overdraft fees. It took over a week of daily phone calls of ME reaching out to them to figure things out. Ended up with a check, but no late fee coverages or compensation. Regional manager, Jill did not answer any calls or return any messages.
