  After living here for one year, I chose to extend my lease. At renewal, however, my rent was increased and the company discount I had originally received was removed. Prospective tenants should not assume that the same terms will continue after the initial lease. Throughout my tenancy, I experienced several issues that were disappointing. The apartment had cracked paint that regularly flaked off the walls, and the stove was already in questionable condition when I moved in. Despite this, I was later charged for its condition at move-out. I was also billed for what appeared to be a two-minute task to tighten a showerhead. What disappointed me most was how my concerns were handled. Rather than taking ownership of decisions, the office staff consistently referred to “management” instead of accepting responsibility or providing clear explanations. Communication often felt dismissive rather than customer-focused. During my tenancy, I was frequently encouraged to refer other John Deere employees to the property. I am grateful that I never did. Based on my overall experience—particularly the way I was treated during the move-out process—I cannot recommend this property. I expect there may be a response to this review, but unfortunately that would be consistent with my experience. I saw very little professionalism or accountability from the office staff I dealt with, and my final impression of the property was significantly worse than my first.

  Super great, helpful staff! Helped us during a long move with short time span! Never saw our apt but it was very clean and presentable when we moved in! Ty winding hills!
