  I moved in going on a month already. I love my apartment, only thing is I keep telling management my washer does not work, I keep calling to have maintenance come out to fix it, I go into the office and tell them plus I emailed their higher ups at Annex Group. Makayla is a wonderful manager I see no issues with staff they are the best. I should be able to use my washer especially if I'm paying over 1000.00 per month. I'm still rating Union at Bluffs Run Apartments 5 star anyways.

  we love Makayla! Makayla helped us get out of a nightmare with our previous apartment complex. she moved swiftly & as quick as possible with trying to get myself & my bestfriend moved in! the apartment is gorgeous & spacious! we’re extremely grateful to be living in another brand new apartment, one that we can make a home again! any issues have been taken seriously & dealt with appropriately! 100/10🫶🏼

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t say enough good things about Makayla, the property manager at Union at Bluffs Run! She helped my daughter and me get into our apartment at a time when I honestly didn’t think it was going to be possible. From the very beginning, she was prompt, professional, and incredibly helpful. Makayla moves fast, communicates every step of the way, and always stays in contact. What stood out to me most is that she genuinely cares about her tenants and goes above and beyond to help when she can. She made what could have been a very stressful process so much easier for us. We are extremely grateful for everything she did to help us get into our new home. Union at Bluffs Run is lucky to have someone like Makayla managing the property! ❤️ If you want, I can also make it a little more personal and emotional, so it really shows how much her help meant to you and your daughter.

  I highly recommend Union at Bluffs Run Apartments! Makayla, the office manager, has been absolutely wonderful to work with. She is always quick, efficient, informative, and willing to help throughout the entire housing process. Through my work with clients at New Visions, I have seen firsthand how dedicated Makayla is to helping individuals find safe and affordable housing. Whether she is guiding a client toward the best housing option for their situation, helping them navigate a voucher program, or working closely with New Visions to make the move-in process as smooth as possible, she consistently goes above and beyond. Finding affordable housing can be overwhelming for many of the individuals we serve, and having a property manager who communicates quickly, provides clear information, and genuinely works with both the client and their support team makes a huge difference. Makayla has helped many of my clients successfully get into housing, and I truly appreciate the partnership and professionalism she provides.
