  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t say enough good things about Makayla, the property manager at Union at Bluffs Run! She helped my daughter and me get into our apartment at a time when I honestly didn’t think it was going to be possible. From the very beginning, she was prompt, professional, and incredibly helpful. Makayla moves fast, communicates every step of the way, and always stays in contact. What stood out to me most is that she genuinely cares about her tenants and goes above and beyond to help when she can. She made what could have been a very stressful process so much easier for us. We are extremely grateful for everything she did to help us get into our new home. Union at Bluffs Run is lucky to have someone like Makayla managing the property! ❤️ If you want, I can also make it a little more personal and emotional, so it really shows how much her help meant to you and your daughter.

  I highly recommend Union at Bluffs Run Apartments! Makayla, the office manager, has been absolutely wonderful to work with. She is always quick, efficient, informative, and willing to help throughout the entire housing process. Through my work with clients at New Visions, I have seen firsthand how dedicated Makayla is to helping individuals find safe and affordable housing. Whether she is guiding a client toward the best housing option for their situation, helping them navigate a voucher program, or working closely with New Visions to make the move-in process as smooth as possible, she consistently goes above and beyond. Finding affordable housing can be overwhelming for many of the individuals we serve, and having a property manager who communicates quickly, provides clear information, and genuinely works with both the client and their support team makes a huge difference. Makayla has helped many of my clients successfully get into housing, and I truly appreciate the partnership and professionalism she provides. I would absolutely recommend Union at Bluffs Run as a top housing option for any of my clients looking for safe, affordable housing and a management team that is responsive and willing to work with them.   trying to find a home for my little family was difficult with all the stuff they needed n i couldn’t find. i met makayla and she walked me thru everything til i could finally call a place my home. Makayla welcomed us with open arms and it lifted a weight off my shoulders knowing she had helped us find our home. We have been here for about a month now and have fallen in love with our home. n it’s a very very nice community. thank you to makayla for making our dreams come true and finding our own home for us to grow in💜
