- TSTeri StarkSep 9, 20251.0On my move in inspection checklist back in Feb 2025, I listed the issues with the apartment and none of them have been addressed and it's now September. I left a msg with emergency maintenence in June about the humming in my walls, the plug ins do not work in bathrooms, never has, I asked them to please clean my air conditioning unit in July because it's so dirty and that doesn't help my electric bill. Nothing has happened. Not only all that, but I am constantly harassed by the tow company. They've towed my babysitters car, my car, my daughters car. I have a parking sticker and they tried towing my car for barely taking up 2 spots when there is tons of parking, then I have a new car not even 2 weeks I have it and they put a tow sticker for no plates.. I have 30 days to get plates. They DO NOT have garages for every unit like stated on their website. DO NOT MOVE HERE CUZ THIS PLACE IS Ridiculous!! Tenants take up the 14 visitor parking spots we have, so you cannot have any guests, bday parties for your kids, or graduation party. You can't even have a babysitter watch your kids in fear of them having their vehicle towed for a whopping $220 to get it out. I cannot wait to get out of this comolex!!
