I’ve also been incredibly impressed by the maintenance team, Spencer and Aaron. I honestly believe great maintenance can make or break the experience of living in an apartment community, and they have exceeded every expectation. They’re responsive, quick to take care of any issues, and always bring a respectful (and funny!) sense of humor. Overall, the community is quiet, well-maintained, and genuinely feels like home.

The fellas on the maintenance team are always so kind and helpful. Coming from having experience with Renter's Warehouse (horrible experience with Renter's Warehouse), the management at Sontegate is exceptional. Anytime anyone is looking for a place in/near clive, I will always recommend Stonegate. Thank you guys for being so welcoming!
