The staff at Valley View Apartments are very kind and understanding. They enjoy what they do and that makes for great customer service. The apartments are priced at a great value. Great location in the city, as well as very close to the Tucson Mall. I recommend these apartments 100%.

I would have not even given this place a star if it didn't require it to write a post. This place is horrifying, the management is rude, and do not accommodate people residing in the apartments. Supposable new management has came, and they have done nothing but make everyone who has lived there for several years, feel uncomfortable and unwanted. The place has a unhinging odor that no one has done anything about. The Landlord, is manipulative, rude, and unhelpful. Please do NOT move here, there are many places with better landlords for better prices. Do not settle for less, by moving here.
