  Took $150 for 2 applications that we sent in that morning after confirming that a 3 bdrm apartment was available which later that day they rented to someone else. They will not refund our application fee only will submit our application towards an apartment that is a 2 bdrm which is smaller than what we needed. They are scammers.

  I have nothing but good things to say about Country Hill Apartments. I have lived here since August and I absolutely love it. They are so spacious for a one bedroom apartment. The ability to have washer and Dryer hook up and that extra space is amazing. I also love my big closet! It' super quiet and I love that my front door leads right outside. I have never NOT had a parking spot right outside my apartment which is amazing. ALSO, the snow removal this winter was great!! Very quick and thorough. Jillian was incredibly helpful with the whole application- moving in process. I don't think I waited more than a few hours for a response which was so nice. Thankfully, I haven't had a single issue with anything in the apartment but from what I have heard, the maintenance is top notch. HUGE Thank you to the Country Hill Team :)

  I have lived at Country Hill for about 7-8 years so far and really enjoy it here. Very friendly staff, and maintenance is done quickly and in a timely manner. Very much appreciated :)
