  Looked at these units in May/June 2026 and from that point I knew I’d be able to call this place HOME. Laney gray is amazing and truly loves what she does, she made the experience so smooth and non stressful. Peaceful area, a lot of great amenities, I love it thus far!!

  Really great all around. Nice lounge area for hanging out, great pool, nice community feel. Staff responds to emails and concerns promptly and thoroughly as well. The individual units are also really nice. Would recommend this place to anybody

  Matience loves to violate your 24hr notice, landlords will attempt to add random 300 charges to your account, and then force you to sign a new lease or pay 600+ dollars that they added to your account last second. Very shady behavior from them glad I’m not renewing here because they took advantage of me and my disability. If they treat a disabled veteran like how they treat me. I cannot imagine how they treat the elderly people, disabled people, and every other tennant. The common areas are almost always locked and they charge you for storage you don’t actually have, and a mail room they do not use. Stay here if you want to have to keep a lawyer on retainer because they will violate the lease.

  Tony was an excellent guide, and an absolutely all-around helpful person with setting us up for our future home! He went out of his way to help us even when one of our tours was accidentally misscheduled. Overall their service, their community, and their people are wonderful and we can't wait to be living here! :)
