  Went on a tour with Ethan and he was very helpful and knowledgeable! Didn’t end up going with this apartment due to other plans, but would overall recommend to anyone looking for a nice apartment with helpful management!

  Mold infested apartments, constant flooding when it rains, no onsite management, filthy, old buildings, no working cameras on the property, disgusting laundry rooms, disrespectful neighbors — if their apartment stinks so does yours, people let their dogs shit all over the property and can’t be bothered to pick it up or even keep dogs on a leash. And the best part is how expensive it is! Paying luxury prices to be able to hear your neighbor fart in their apartment from yours! Also have never lived in a place that allows people to turn away pest control. Luckily I’ve never seen bugs in my apartment but I have no idea how. If you love mold, thin walls, stench, and filth you’ll love this place!
