  My boyfriend and I had a wonderful experience with Molly M., our roving leasing professional! We walked in unsure of which apartments to live at in Ankeny, and Molly was a big reason we went with Pointe 28. She went above and beyond to help us and prioritized our apartment needs. We are so excited to be living here soon!

  Shout out to Maintenance technician Tim Sona. I had a package that was too heavy for me to carry up stairs and he helped me just out of being nice and helpful. Also when he has worked on anything in my apartment, he listens to what I think is the issue, then accesses the issue, and completes the task in a timely and well done manner. It’s nice to have a maintenance technician that gets the job done right and timely! I wanted to pass on credit where credit is due.

  The Management are very professional and treat residents with respect and truthful. The New Management have had the bushes trimmed. Have had the hallways painted. What a Difference it has made. Also the Maintenance personnel promptly fix problems in our apartment. I am very pleased!!!
