  I wish there were enough words to truly express our gratitude to Phoenix Ames. Our family recently relocated to the United States from Malawi, and the transition was not easy. As a family of five, we were staying in a hotel while trying to find a place we could finally call home. It was a challenging time, and despite reaching out to several people and leasing agencies, we were unable to secure housing due to various policies and requirements. When we reached out to Artisan Ames, everything changed. We were blessed to meet a very kind and compassionate lady who took the time to listen to our situation and help us through the process. Her willingness to assist us made all the difference. That very same day, we were able to sign a lease agreement, and for the first time since arriving in the U.S., we stepped into a beautiful apartment that we could truly call home. This meant more to our family than words can express. During a time when we felt uncertain and overwhelmed, you showed us kindness, understanding, and support. For that, we will forever be grateful. Our family will always remember the warmth and generosity we experienced through Phoenix Ames. Thank you for helping turn a difficult moment in our journey into a beautiful new beginning

  The staff is super friendly and keep residents involved. It’s a little tucked away but I like that as I don’t really have to worry about traffic. It’s also great to have keyfob access for the building as well. Overall has been a great experience living in The Phoenix so far :)
